  2. The spotter/crewman crouched between the mech's feet is a nice touch.

  3. Australian bubblegum camo on the trooper is a very nice touch. Excellent work as always trooper.

  4. Maybe I should have said blogger, rather than trooper, but I'm not sure that blogger has nuance of meaning that trooper implies?

  6. Hi Ashley, you picked up on the Auscam pattern pretty easily, how did you recognise the origins?

  7. Yup, I do like that Camo scheme. Is that using pastels again Dan?

  8. Hi Kingsleypark, no, it is sprayed, pastels really only work with dark over light colours, and are great when you don't have a gun or the model is to small to spray paint, but now I have a gun, anything over 6mm I will spray paint.

  9. Great looking mech you've got there! The spotter especially is an inspired choice. I think I might have to do something similar with one of my walkers. :)

  12. Doesn't everyone know about Aussie bubble gum camo? Guess I must be a camo geek.

PS: I airsoft and have friends who have worn the kit, I prefer USMC digital myself, as it suits the playing environment.

  13. Auscam is perfect for the Australian bush, blends in very well, when you have worn and worked hard in it, after a week the dirt and dust blend the bubbles together into a browny colour and you blend right into any surroundings you are in.
