15mm Kriegs Marines of Krieg finished.

Hi guys

My first 2 Kriegs Marines squads are done, my favourites are the sergeants and the flames, I'm pretty happy with how they turned out, let me know what you think.

  2. This is a clever idea, with a nice execution in 15mm. Not the easiest scale to do conversion work in... Your bases could use some light drybrushing to bring out the texture, IMO.

  3. Absolutely stunning level of detail! It's very impressive the sheer amount of detail you've picked out in that paint scheme, even down to rank insignia & wood grain on weapon stocks :-O

  6. Don't know if you've covered this or not, so forgive me if I'm treading old ground here. Two squads is a great start for a DKoK army, but my understanding of 40k is that you've only just scratched the surface. (Admittedly, it depends on what version of 40k you're playing.) Do you know roughly how many points you can field right now, or are you just using the 40k background and different rules?

  7. Hi Warren, I may have confused with my post heading, my DKoK aren't finished, no where near finished, this small unit of Kriegs marines, which are attached to the main DKoK armies is finished, the whole army will have at least 100-150 figures, plus a fair bit of armour, artillery and some flyers, the rest of the Kriegs marine portion of the army will be, an Ogryn squad, a couple of APCs, maybe some light artillery, and AT pieces, and maybe an assault pioneer squad, not sure yet.

  8. That's my bad - didn't realize the Kreigs Marines were different from the Death Korp. Still and all, that's gonna be an epic army. I mean, not an Epic army, since it's not 6mm, but...well, you get the idea.
