Hi guys, these are ABs French light cavalry casualty figures, they're up to ABs usual high standards, excellent poses and great proportions, there are 8 riders and 8 horses, all the figures are Chesseurs, I painted these for my mate Scott, he is using them as disruption markers hence the various units, excellent figures 9/10
Cool painting Gunner,
ReplyDeleteWhat yellow are you using? I have been searching for a good yellow for a while and still haven't found 1.
cheers
Paul
Dan, wonderful painting there. I'm glad I've found your Blog again, I accidently deleted my Links a while ago (Dufus!) and have been searching them out since.
ReplyDeleteRegards,
Peeler
thanks guys
ReplyDeleteHi Paul, its Golden yellow from GW, if you have trouble with transperancy add a little white to the first coat, just a touch, it will solidify the colour.
Cheers Dan,
ReplyDeleteI have been struggling to find a yellow for a while. I was spoiled as a kid with the little tubs of Humbrol Acrylic. I remember the yellow I had was great for covering black undercoats!
Awesome stuff you have here, Dan
