WIP 1/72 Centaur part 5
Hi guys, almost done with this project, just need a couple of touch ups, then the crew figures, let me know if there's anything else I should do, all comments welcome.
What's this I hear about you getting a heap of Battlefield Germans? Are you planning on doubling your German army? I quite like their sculpts- have Commandos & German tank commanders. Looking forward to hearing what your next project will be.
Hi JS, this project has really revived my interest in 1/72 WWII, there was a time before I was drawn into other periods and scales that I only did WWII 1/72, I have 300+ plastic kits in storage, so I have decided on doing several more WWII projects, still in the thinking stage at the moment, but I'm thinking Eastern front maybe, I really like some of the plastic figs out there now, but thought they would be good mixed in with the bulk of metal figs, what German unit do you think I should do?
Mate, I'm a bit clueless about the Eastern front & tend to be a bit fixated on British stuff. Having said that, I quite like Fallschirmjagers & the idea of late war Kampfgruppe which were often cobbled together from a number of units. There's some brilliant reference/inspiration pictures for the Eastern front Germans here: http://zgonnik.blogspot.com.au/
WOW, that looks so good Dan.
