Hi guys, a quick update, finished constructing the 251s, most of the small details are painted, I will finish the rest tonight, they have received a light dry brush, and a filter, tomorrow I will gloss coat these, then add the decals, the tap on the Opel blitz has tissue glued for texture, but couldn't get the wrinkles out without taring the paper, also got 28 crew ready for painting for the 251s, and another half dozen crew for the tanks in the wings ready for undercoating.
Those are beautiful! Thought they were a bigger scale. Lovely work!
ReplyDeleteWicked. You have been busy
ReplyDeleteYou are making great progress there Dan, well executed- you are an AFV master. Those Germans should paint up nicely too.
ReplyDeleteGreat looking vehicles. Concerning the infantry my status is the same as yours: Laying on the table without colour. We should change this ASAP, Dan! :-)

ReplyDeleteHi Neil, the Panther is an Italeri quick build, not great, but passable.
ReplyDeleteCan`t believe I haven`t seen this blog earlier, Amazing work! Your Panzers etc, have the perfect tint of late war German Camo.
