Hi guys, this still needs a lot of work, but the basic shape is coming together, it will be the master for a mould, this is the start of my 15mm Death korps of Krieg army, it has twin heavy bolters
on each side, but thats only for looks and will only count as one, I might put a storage bin on the rear of the turret, the figure is only for scale, and is not the figure I will use for the IG conversions, what do you think?

Very nice work buddy.
ReplyDeleteThanks Simon, is the gun to long, do you think?
ReplyDeleteLooks damn good!
ReplyDeleteINcredible!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteCLAP CLAP CLAP!!!!
Very nice work going on. Best, Dean
ReplyDeleteThe gun looks right for a real tank, but a bit too long for a Russ. Cutting it off two segments beyond the bore evacuator looks about right. But you could certainly leave it as is and just call it a vanquisher.
ReplyDeleteHave you seen the conversion of a Forgeworld Malcador to have a turret? Do a search for malca-russ and you'll find some 28mm tanks that look a lot like this. Keep up the good work!
Thanks guys, I like the look of that Malca-Russ RC, so will keep the long barrel.
ReplyDeleteLooks coooolll!
ReplyDeleteReally great work! I'd use this one as a vanquisher also.
ReplyDeleteLooking very good, although I would cut down the "lascannon" a bit to be more in keeping with the gun length on the 28mm model. (and so it looks less like a lasgun)
ReplyDeleteHi LGP, yeah, I can see that, I will cut it down.
