I saw a couple of pics post on one of my FB pages of interesting vehicles, so I thought I would make them up for my friends AK47 Portuguese African colonial wars project, a quad .50cal mounted on a Berliet truck, the quad is a file from ANERDSNERD from cults3D, converted to fit on my Berliet, and a mine roller that I designed, it’s designed to fit onto the front of any of the various vehicles used in this role, the test prints printed nice in 15mm, I’ll get them painted up next week.

A friend has tasked me with fulfilling a large, long planned15mm AK47 Portuguese African colonial wars project, it includes 5 factions and requires me 3D print the vehicles and some of the infantry, some of which I needed to design/convert/improve in CAD, as I finish each part I will do a post.
Here I have a Portuguese Alouette III helicopter and 2 Berliet GBC trucks, the heli is a 3D print I bought from David Michael Freemantle off the Rhodesian bush wars models FB page, I CAD design the Berliet trucks (STL is available at my wargaming3D shop) these trucks were tough, and were used at the head of conveys to detonate mines, hence the removal of the windscreen and the sandbag placement to better protect the crew, I made the sandbags with putty.

On my personal workbench this week, some Kfz1 variants, a Kfz 1, Kfz 2 radio car, Kfz 2 telephone car and a Kfz 4 AA car, as well as some early MB L 4500 pioneer bridging trucks with their seperate loads, as well as their crews.

Have added an early Pz III to the inventory, the 3 crew will be offered with premium quality option, not sure about the table top quality option yet, I have all turret hatches open, commanders hatch open and all hatches closed options, I could just provide them randomly, or choose 1 option to stock, if I only chose 1 it would probably be with the commanders hatch open, working on a Pz IV D at the moment, still lots of work before I’m able to sell anything.
